SL Recycling are delighted to announce the latest partnership for Total Waste Management services with market leading door manufacturer IG Doors.
IG Doors has been a supplier to the New Build and Social Housing Refurbishment sectors for over 35 years.
IG Doors specifically developed a range of products suited to the individual needs of the sectors it services; a product range which is fully compliant with the requirements of changing building industry legislation, as well as meeting the Police Preferred Specification embodied in the Secured by Design scheme.
SL Recycling has worked with the team at IG Doors to fully understand the current requirements for waste management on site and help implement a zero waste to landfill solution for all waste streams on site as part of a five-year waste strategy that is based around continuous improvement and waste reduction from the point of production through to final recovery.
As part of the roll out, SL Recycling has provided 18 newly manufactured skips, roll on roll offs and compacter skips built to the customers specification, enhancing brand impact with the customer’s choice of colours and bespoke signage for clear segregation.
Together, SL Recycling & IG Doors has executed a seamless roll out of a long-term waste management solution that not only reduces costs but has provided a reduced carbon footprint for IG Doors.
With on-going consultancy and advice from SL Recycling, IG Doors will benefit through increased efficiency, reduced costs, minimised waste and gained accreditations.
